5 GENERATIONS OF THE FAMILY

Cantù ITALY

Emmemobili bends wood: a sideboard front runs in a wave, an armchair back in an arc. The family has done this in Cantù since 1879.

Emmemobili sideboard: a front of bent wooden panels.

Emmemobili is a brand of Tagliabue Daniele, a firm from Cantù in the province of Como, founded in 1879. The family has made wooden furniture for five generations. The factory bends wood and pairs it with marble, metal and leather.

## Who designs the furniture

Ferruccio Laviani designed the Birignao table. The designers of the chairs and armchairs include Laviani himself, Carlo Colombo and Rodolfo Dordoni. Elena Salmistraro has a furniture collection of her own.
