What data about you ends up with us, what it is for, how long it lives and how to have it deleted.

We collect exactly what we need to answer your message or send you the journal. We sell nothing and hand nothing to ad platforms.
Who processes the data

Who we share it with
With nobody except those the site cannot run without. The site and the mail live on a server in Spain, at the hosting provider Arsys; it processes the data on our instructions and never for its own purposes.
If you have allowed analytics cookies, the visit statistics are collected by Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited. Google may also process them outside the European Economic Area, under the EU standard contractual clauses. Until you agree, the counter does not fire: analytics cookies are blocked before that.
There are no ad pixels or social buttons on the pages, and the fonts are served from our own server. Apart from the analytics you decide on yourself, reading the site leaves no traces with third parties.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict the processing, object to it or take the data away in a machine-readable form. Consent — to the newsletter or to cookies — can be withdrawn at any time, which does not affect what was lawfully done before.
A message to info@betton.es is enough; we answer within a month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority — AEPD.
Cookie

Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page — the date at the top always shows the current one.
