Flexform has made upholstered furniture since 1959 in Meda, in the Brianza furniture district. The company is run by the third generation of the founding family.
Antonio Citterio’s sofas
Architect Antonio Citterio has worked with the factory since the 1970s. His Camelot, Groundpiece and Gregory sofas are in the Flexform catalogue; the first is in the photo at the top of the page.
What else the factory makes
- 01 Armchairs and poufs In 1985 the factory brought the 1939 Moka collection by Asnago and Vender back into production.
- 02 Beds Flexform makes beds and bedroom furniture at the same site in Meda as its sofas.
- 03 Tables, chairs and outdoor Dining tables and chairs. Since 2019 there’s also an outdoor collection: sofas, armchairs, tables, sun loungers.
Flexform has one production site, in Meda: from first sketch to finished sofa.

We look at the floor plan and choose the model and module layout for the living room.
Upholstery
We choose fabric or leather from samples and prepare the quote.
Delivery and assembly
We ship from the factory, carry it up and assemble on site.

Can I order a sofa in my own fabric?
Yes. We choose the upholstery from fabric and leather samples. Made-to-order pieces in your fabric take the factory 12–16 weeks.
How long does a sofa from the factory’s stock take?
6–8 weeks. We’ll confirm the exact lead time with the price.
Does Flexform make terrace furniture?
Yes, since 2019: outdoor sofas, armchairs, tables and sun loungers.
Where can I see Flexform in Barcelona?
There are no Flexform sofas in the showroom. Book an appointment and we’ll have catalogues and fabric and leather samples ready. Address: Carrer de Provença, 22.
