Laminam in Barcelona
Laminam makes wall-sized ceramic slabs: up to 1620×3240 mm, from 3 mm thick. At the Betton showroom we’ll show you samples and choose the thickness for your job.
Laminam has made large, thin ceramic slabs since 2001. It is based in Fiorano Modenese, near Modena, and four plants make the slabs. They clad walls, floors and façades, and are made into kitchen worktops and furniture.
Choose the thickness first
The same Laminam slab comes in several thicknesses. The thickness decides where it goes: on a wall, a cabinet door or a kitchen island.

The thin slabs in the ‘plus’ versions have a fibreglass mesh bonded to the back. The factory has made the 1620×3240 mm slab in 12 mm since 2015, specifically for worktops and tables.
In 2004 Laminam presented the industry’s first 1000×3000 mm slab, just 3 mm thick.

We work out how many slabs you need, plan the joints and order the cutting for the worktop and niches.

We confirm the batch so the tone matches, and track the lead time from factory to site.

Where can I see Laminam slabs in Barcelona?

How long do Laminam slabs take?
From stock in Spain, 1–2 weeks; from the factory warehouse, 4–6 weeks. We’ll confirm the exact lead time with the price.
Do you cut slabs for worktops?
Yes. We work out the cutting plan, plan the joints and order the cutting for the worktop, island and niches.
How many spare slabs should I order?
We work it out before ordering: how many slabs go into the worktop, splashback and walls, and where the joints fall. A slab in the same tone can’t always be bought later.
Do you work with architects?
Yes, by contract: terms agreed in writing, specifications issued and samples kept aside for the project.
