Lasvit makes lighting from blown glass — from a table lamp to an installation for a specific hall. We’ll tell you what’s in the collections and what the factory will make to order.
Lasvit is a Czech glass company headquartered in Nový Bor. It makes light installations for specific spaces, lighting and tableware collections, and architectural glass. The glass is blown by hand.
Chandeliers of five theatres
For Neverending Glory, Jan Plecháč and Henry Wielgus took the silhouettes of theatre chandeliers and rotated them around an axis. The result: pendants, floor lamps, table lamps and wall lights.
Neverending Glory recreates the chandeliers of five theatres, among them La Scala, the Opéra Garnier and the Bolshoi.
Hand-cut crystal cylinders
The collection is by the Yabu Pushelberg studio. The light sources are hidden where the cylinders join.

Glass with a wood texture
The Yakisugi collection is by Kengo Kuma. Molten glass is poured into a wooden mould: the wood chars, and its texture stays on the glass.
Cordless lamps
Four collections — Crystal Rock, Miles, Nebula and Spacey — come in portable versions. Lasvit showed them at Euroluce in April 2025.

Yes. The collections include pendants, wall lights, table lamps and floor lamps, and Crystal Rock, Miles, Nebula and Spacey come in portable versions.

How long do Lasvit lights take?
Factory orders take 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the item. For a custom installation, the factory sets the lead time per project.
