Sichenia in Barcelona
A single Sichenia series comes smooth for indoors and non-slip for outdoors. The living room floor carries on onto the terrace with the same design. We’ll show you samples at the Betton showroom.
Sichenia has made porcelain in Sassuolo, near Modena, since the early 1970s. The factory makes indoor and outdoor floors and single-fired wall tiles. Floor designs imitate wood, stone and concrete.
Slabs laid without adhesive
Sichenia outdoor slabs are 120×60 cm and 2 cm thick. They are laid on gravel, sand or grass, set on adjustable pedestals as a raised floor, or glued down like ordinary tiles.

Can the slabs go on a terrace without a screed?
Yes. The 2 cm slabs can be laid on gravel, sand or grass, or on adjustable pedestals. They can also be laid with adhesive.
Will the tiles indoors and outdoors look the same?
A Sichenia series comes in a smooth indoor version and a non-slip outdoor one, with the same design.
How long does Sichenia take to arrive?
Porcelain from the factory warehouse takes 4–6 weeks. We’ll confirm the exact lead time with the price.
